Sütaş burger cheese is made for burgers and meat dishes. Sütaş says it softens without melting away and that the slices separate easily, which keeps things quick when you are building several burgers at once.

The recipe is based on cheddar: cheddar cheese (75%), butter (8%), milk powder (4%) and water (12%), with emulsifying salts (sodium citrate, sodium phosphate), sorbic acid and paprika extract for colour. Place a slice on the patty during the last minute of cooking and cover the pan briefly, or add it to a toasted sandwich, a chicken or beef wrap, a breakfast muffin or a baked potato.

The 1 kg size is practical for families who cook burgers often and for small cafes or gatherings. It contains milk. Store it as indicated on the package, keep the pack well closed after opening and use it by the date shown.
