Choosing the right size and keeping stock tidy
Match the pot to the sauce rather than the meal. A DHL tracking number is emailed to you the moment your parcel is dispatched. You can follow the case from collection to your door with it, and the same email confirms what was picked, so you can check sizes and quantities before it arrives.
Are chilled items packed separately if I order food at the same time?›
Yes. Chilled products travel with ice-gel packs in their own insulated packaging, while dry goods such as sauce pots are boxed normally. You can order packaging and food together in one basket and both will reach you on the same DHL delivery.
Can I return unopened cases?›
Unopened non-perishable items such as sealed cases of sauce pots can be returned. Perishable and chilled goods cannot be returned for food safety reasons. Contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm the details of your order.
