Which size salad container do you actually need?
It is the first question most people ask, and the answer depends on what goes inside rather than the name on the lid. A 150 cc or 250 cc pot is right for olives, cut lemon or a side of pickles. Around 750 cc holds a proper side salad of tomato, cucumber and parsley. If you are packing a full mixed salad with grains or a lunchtime bowl, 1000 cc to 1500 cc gives the leaves room so they do not bruise under the lid. The 2000 cc Clear Hinged Plastic Containers HD are for family portions and sharing platters.
What the range covers
Every size here is a clear hinged design in heavy duty grade, all under the Easy Supply label, sold in bulk cases rather than singles. The line runs 150 cc, 250 cc, 375 cc, 500 cc, 750 cc, 1000 cc, 1250 cc, 1500 cc and 2000 cc, so you can standardise on two or three sizes and keep your shelf simple. The 375 cc Clear Hinged Plastic Containers HD and the 750 cc Clear Hinged Plastic Containers HD are the everyday workhorses, while the 500 cc Clear Hinged Plastic Containers HD sits neatly between a side and a main. Prices start from under £23 per case.
Because the lid is hinged, there is nothing loose to match up, and the clear body shows the contents without opening. Keep salads cold before packing, dress them separately or at the last minute so leaves stay crisp, and press the closure along its full length. Store empty cases dry and flat; a squashed case makes containers that will not seal properly.
Ordering and delivery
DHL Express carries orders across the UK in 1-2 business days. Spend £60 or more and delivery to London and mainland UK is free, otherwise a flat £5.99 applies. Orders placed before 12:00 Monday to Friday are typically dispatched the same day.
Salad Containers — frequently asked questions
How do I place an order?›
Add the case sizes you want to your basket and check out on the website. You can order packaging and groceries together in one basket. If you are unsure which size suits your portions, message us before ordering and we will talk through the options with you.
Which payment cards do you accept?›
Checkout takes the usual UK debit and credit cards through a secure payment page, so your card details are never stored on our site. Payment is taken when the order is placed, and your confirmation email lists everything picked for that order.
How do I know when my containers have been sent?›
You receive a dispatch email with a DHL tracking number as soon as the parcel leaves us. That link shows the delivery progress and the expected day, which is useful when you are planning around a busy weekend or a catering job.
Can I get help choosing sizes?›
Yes. Our team answers questions by WhatsApp or email, and we are happy to advise on which capacities suit side salads, mains or sharing portions. Tell us roughly what you pack and how many covers you do, and we will suggest a sensible starting case.
Can I change an order after placing it?›
Get in touch as quickly as you can by WhatsApp or email. If the order has not yet been picked and handed to DHL we can usually adjust sizes or quantities. Once it is dispatched, the tracking email is the fastest way to follow it.
