Packaging (Easy Supply) orders are delivered by DHL Express across the UK (estimated 1–2 business days). Grocery orders are delivered by Best Grocery — see below.

Groceries — delivered by Best Grocery

One seller per order: groceries and packaging are ordered separately

Best Grocery orders (groceries) are delivered by Best Grocery, not by DHL. Delivery is available to addresses in Great Britain, except postcode areas BT, HS, ZE, KW, IV, IM, JE, GY, CF, SA, LL, NP, LD, where we cannot deliver Best Grocery orders. The minimum order is £20; delivery costs £5.99 under £60 and is free from £60. Orders placed Monday–Thursday before 12:30 are usually delivered the next working day. Frozen items are packed in thermal bags with ice packs. Service-point collection and Turkish Online Market own-fleet delivery are not available for these orders. We e-mail you the carrier and tracking link when Best Grocery dispatches your parcel.

Packaging & Wholesale Delivery

Packaging is sold by Easy Supply Ltd and shipped by DHL

Easy Supply packaging (wholesale) products are ordered in a separate order and shipped by DHL. Groceries are sold and delivered by Best Grocery, so packaging and groceries cannot be combined in one basket.

Delivery is free when your total basket is £60 or more; under £60 the standard £5.99 rate applies (packaging orders: 20% VAT is added to delivery, £7.19).
Packaging handling: a one-time £1.99 fee is added when your basket contains 3 or more packaging items (3 different products or 3 of the same). It applies to packaging only, once per order, on top of any delivery fee — including on free-delivery orders.
For weight-based remote areas (Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Wight, UK Islands) carriage is calculated by total parcel weight.
VAT: packaging products are standard-rated — 20% VAT is included in the price shown on product pages and itemised separately in the basket and at checkout.

DHL Express — 1–2 Business Days (packaging)

You will receive a DHL tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.

Orders placed before 12:00 are typically dispatched the same day (Mon–Fri).

Returns

Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for non-perishable goods.
Items must be unopened and in original packaging.
Perishable and chilled products cannot be returned.
Chilled items are shipped with ice-gel packs; natural oil sweating on cured meats (e.g. sucuk, pastırma) or softening of cheese in warm weather is normal and not a defect — it returns to normal once refrigerated.
Registered customers can start a return from My Account → Returns, or email [email protected] with your order number.

Best Grocery orders: returns, missing or damaged items and refund requests are handled by Turkish Online Market customer service, not by Best Grocery — please contact us with your order number. The rules in this section apply in the same way; refunds are made for the amount you paid for the item, including VAT, to your original payment method.
