Instead of household-sized packs, everything here comes in catering quantities: centrefeed rolls by the six, Z-fold hand towels by the thousand, serviettes in boxes and aprons in packs of a thousand. Home cooks who host large gatherings buy from it too, but it is built around the sort of ordering a kitchen does once rather than weekly.

Sizes, counts and what they suit
Read the two numbers on every paper line: length and width for rolls, sheet count for folded stock. A 150 metre centrefeed roll lasts noticeably longer than the economy version, so the higher price per case is not always the higher cost per wipe. Z-fold towels only fit dispensers made for them, so check your unit before ordering 3200 sheets. For serviettes, the 1 ply quarter fold is the everyday table option and the 2 ply eighth fold is the one for sit-down service. Spiral steel scourers are for pans and trays; sponge scourers are for surfaces and washing up.
Storing bulk packs sensibly
Paper absorbs damp, so keep cases off the floor and away from outside walls, sinks and steam. Open one case at a time and keep the rest sealed. Wet wipe tubs dry out quickly once the seal is broken, so finish an open tub before starting another. Aprons and chef hats take up more room than people expect, so plan a shelf for them rather than stacking cases in a walkway.
Delivery is by DHL Express and takes 1-2 business days across the UK. Orders of £60 or more are delivered free to London and mainland UK, with a flat £5.99 charge below that. Order before 12:00 Monday to Friday for same day dispatch in most cases, and a DHL tracking number is emailed when the consignment leaves.

Orders placed before 12:00 Monday to Friday are typically dispatched the same day. Anything after that goes out on the next working day. Delivery is by DHL Express and takes 1-2 business days across the UK, so an early Thursday order will normally be with you before the weekend.
Can I return disposables if I ordered the wrong size?›
Unopened non-perishable items can be returned, and paper goods, scourers and aprons fall into that group as long as the outer case is intact and unopened. Perishable and chilled goods cannot be returned. Contact us with your order number before sending anything back so we can confirm the details.
How does delivery work outside mainland UK?›
Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Wight and other UK islands are charged on a weight basis, and the £60 free delivery threshold does not apply there. Bulk paper cases are light but large, so it is worth checking the calculated charge at checkout before confirming.
Is there a minimum order for catering lines?›
No minimum applies, but these are case quantities rather than single units, so most orders reach the £60 free delivery threshold for London and mainland UK anyway. You can mix disposables with grocery items in the same basket and everything is sent together.
