Chilled items & warm-weather notice

We ship chilled (perishable) foods with ice-gel packs, kept refrigerated. In warm weather, light oil sweating on cured products such as sucuk/pastırma, or softening of cheese, is normal and not a sign of spoilage — it returns to normal once chilled. Please refrigerate items immediately on delivery and be available to receive your order on the delivery day.

Perishable foods are exempt from the 14-day change-of-mind return; your statutory rights for genuine quality or safety issues remain unaffected.

These nuggets are made with freshly prepared chicken and turkey, with a dash of yoghurt, berries, banana, sunflower seeds and oats. Each mini nugget is oven baked until golden and crunchy, to become breakfast food perfection.. We make this complete dry dog food recipe with wholesome, naturally nutritious ingredients: freshly prepared meat and offal, with a dash of fruits and herbs-to produce a tasty, brekkie. We only ever use proper meat and offal in our recipes: no meat meal You may notice some small changes to the packaging label in how the information is displayed. This is to ensure that our packs are appropriate for all of our customers overseas. Rest assured, they still contain the same recipes your dog knows and loves. Note that over the next few months, as we move over to the new packaging, you may receive a mixture of different packs. Please bear with us!

Feed twice a day following these daily guidelines.

Alternatively, you can feed Breakfast Crunch just in the morning by feeding half of the suggested daily guideline, then follow with another Lily’s Kitchen recipe for dinner. Make sure your dog always has a bowl of fresh water nearby and is supervised when feeding.
