Chilled items & warm-weather notice

We ship chilled (perishable) foods with ice-gel packs, kept refrigerated. In warm weather, light oil sweating on cured products such as sucuk/pastırma, or softening of cheese, is normal and not a sign of spoilage — it returns to normal once chilled. Please refrigerate items immediately on delivery and be available to receive your order on the delivery day.

Feeding guide

Serve the product as it is, following the daily quantity indicated in the table. Daily quantities shown on the attached schedule are merely indicative and they require to be adjusted in order to achieve the right body weight. The daily quantity can change according to breed, environment, physical exercise, temperament and body composition. The ration can be divided into two daily meals or more. It is recommended to mix initially N&D with the previously used diet. Water should be available at all times. Once the can has been opened, keep refrigerated and use within 48 hours.
