Chilled items & warm-weather notice

We ship chilled (perishable) foods with ice-gel packs, kept refrigerated. In warm weather, light oil sweating on cured products such as sucuk/pastırma, or softening of cheese, is normal and not a sign of spoilage — it returns to normal once chilled. Please refrigerate items immediately on delivery and be available to receive your order on the delivery day.

Perishable foods are exempt from the 14-day change-of-mind return; your statutory rights for genuine quality or safety issues remain unaffected.

Description

Fındıklı lokum is Turkish delight made with hazelnuts, one of the most familiar nut varieties of this traditional sweet. The soft, tender cubes carry the crunch of hazelnut inside, and the pale dusting on the outside keeps the pieces from sticking together. This 350 g box is a generous size for the family table.

Hazelnut lokum is classically served with Turkish coffee, strong black tea or a glass of water at the end of a meal, and it is the kind of sweet that is offered to guests as soon as they sit down. A small piece is usually enough, so the box lasts through several visits. It is also a popular gift for holidays and special occasions.

Keep the box tightly closed and store it in a cool, dry place away from heat, sunlight and humidity so the pieces stay soft and do not stick together. The product contains hazelnuts; please check the label on the box for the full ingredients and allergen information before serving.
