Description

Fitil sucuk is a long, thin, sausage-shaped Turkish sweet, and this Anthap version is named on its pack as a sausage Turkish delight with pistachio. A line of pistachios runs through the middle of each soft, chewy roll, so every slice you cut shows green nuts inside. It comes in a 300 g window pack, so you can see the rolls before you open it.

Cut it into thin rounds and serve it with a glass of black tea or a small cup of Turkish coffee, or arrange a few slices on a dessert plate next to dried apricots, figs and other nuts.
