Description

Eti Burçak is the wholewheat biscuit many Turkish families grew up with: a lightly sweet, crisp rectangle with a golden-brown colour and a pleasant malty note from barley malt extract. The label gives 24% whole wheat flour and the pack is marked as a source of fibre, so it sits somewhere between a plain tea biscuit and a digestive.

This multipack holds three sealed 131 g packs inside one outer wrapper, which makes it practical for a household: open one pack at a time and keep the others fresh.
