Description

Eti Burçak Yulaflı is the plain oat version of Burçak, Eti's long-running wholegrain-style biscuit. The ingredient list is short: 25% rolled oats, wheat flour, vegetable oil, sugar, 12% whole wheat flour, invert sugar and molasses syrups, raising agents, salt and flavouring. There is no cream filling or chocolate, so it is a mildly sweet, crunchy everyday biscuit. This multipack contains three separately wrapped 125 g packets (375 g in total).

In Türkiye it is a standard companion to tea at breakfast or in the afternoon, and many families also enjoy it with a glass of milk. Per 100 g it provides 5.4 g of fibre and 7.5 g of protein. Crumbled, it also makes a quick base for a cheesecake or a no-bake dessert.

It contains gluten (wheat and oats). Milk and egg are not in the ingredient list, but the label warns that it may contain traces of milk, egg and sesame, so check the pack if you have allergies.
