Gusto Etna Crema al Pistacchio is a sweet, spreadable pistachio cream ("crema dolce spalmabile") sold in a 190 g glass jar with a metal screw lid. The label highlights pistachios from Sicily, the Italian island long known for its pistachio groves, and the pale green, velvety paste shows the colour you would expect from a pistachio-forward spread.

Use it the way you would use any nut spread, but with a more elegant flavour.
