Description

Maun Börek is a layered cheese pastry in the su böreği family, the kind of börek that Turkish bakeries serve in generous squares. The manufacturer's ingredient list names wheat flour, mozzarella, egg, sunflower oil, butter, milk, wheat starch, salt and a little molasses (pekmez), so the filling is soft and melting rather than crumbly.
