A Turkish kitchen in the UK usually runs into the same problem: the supermarket shelf has peppers, but not the thin-skinned Sivri you need for a proper menemen, and the herb bunches are too small to matter. This fresh produce range exists to fill that gap, with the vegetables and herbs a Turkish, Cypriot or Mediterranean household actually cooks with week to week, cut and packed to the sizes recipes assume.
Peppers, herbs and everyday vegetables
There are over 50 lines in the range. Peppers take up a good share of it: Fresh 500gr Sivri Pepper for frying and roasting, Fresh 500gr Carliston Pepper for grilling whole beside meat, Fresh 500gr Green Cup Pepper for stuffing, and Red Pepper 500gr when you want sweetness in a sauce. Fresh 500gr Aubergine and Fresh 500gr White Courgette cover the summer classics from karniyarik to mucver, while Fresh 500gr Tomato and Cyprus Patato 500g handle the base of most stews. Herbs come in proper bunches rather than clamshells, including Fresh Parsley, Daily 1 Bunch Fresh Mint and Daily Fresh 1 Bunch Dill Krebs. Fresh 500gr Flat Beans rounds out the vegetable side. Prices start from under £1.
Storing produce so it lasts the week
Peppers and aubergine keep best loose in the fridge drawer rather than sealed in plastic, where trapped moisture softens the skin. Tomatoes are better left out of the fridge until they are ripe, then moved in. Treat parsley, mint and dill like cut flowers: trim the stems, stand them in a little water and cover loosely, and they will hold for several days. Potatoes want somewhere dark and cool, away from onions. Plan the softest items, such as flat beans and courgette, for the first half of the week.
Delivery to your door
Everything travels across the UK with DHL Express, typically arriving in one to two business days. Delivery is free on orders of £60 and over to London and mainland UK, with a flat £5.99 charge below that. Fresh produce is packed to protect it in transit and chilled lines go out with ice-gel packs. Order before 12:00 Monday to Friday and your parcel is usually dispatched the same day.
Fruit & Vegs — frequently asked questions
How do I place an order?›
Add what you need to your basket on the website, then go to checkout and enter your delivery address and contact details. You can order as a guest or create an account, which keeps your address saved and makes it easier to reorder the same weekly vegetables next time.
Which payment cards can I use?›
Checkout is handled through a secure payment page that accepts the usual UK debit and credit cards. Your card details are entered on the payment provider's page rather than stored by us, and the total charged is always the amount calculated on your order at checkout.
How do I track my delivery?›
When your parcel leaves us, a DHL tracking number is emailed to the address on your order. You can follow the parcel through DHL from that point. Orders placed before 12:00 Monday to Friday are typically dispatched the same day and arrive within one to two business days.
Can I ask a question before ordering?›
Yes. If you are unsure about pack sizes, what is in season or how a substitution works, contact our team by email or WhatsApp using the details on the contact page. We are happy to confirm what is available before you place a fresh produce order.
Do I need an account to check on an order?›
An account makes it simpler, since your order history and delivery addresses sit in one place. If you ordered as a guest, keep the confirmation email: it carries your order number, and the dispatch email that follows carries the DHL tracking number for the parcel.
