Chilled items & warm-weather notice

We ship chilled (perishable) foods with ice-gel packs, kept refrigerated. In warm weather, light oil sweating on cured products such as sucuk/pastırma, or softening of cheese, is normal and not a sign of spoilage — it returns to normal once chilled. Please refrigerate items immediately on delivery and be available to receive your order on the delivery day.

Perishable foods are exempt from the 14-day change-of-mind return; your statutory rights for genuine quality or safety issues remain unaffected.

Description

Ahmed Tandoori Chicken is a premium spice blend engineered to deliver authentic tandoori flavours with minimal effort. This 90g mix combines aromatic spices—including coriander, cumin, and fenugreek—with a balanced heat profile that complements chicken perfectly. Simply coat your poultry, marinate for optimal flavour penetration, and cook via grilling, baking, or pan-frying. The blend's carefully calibrated spice ratios ensure consistent results whether you're preparing a weeknight dinner or entertaining guests. Ideal for home cooks seeking restaurant-quality tandoori chicken without the complexity of sourcing individual spices.
