Chilled items & warm-weather notice

We ship chilled (perishable) foods with ice-gel packs, kept refrigerated. In warm weather, light oil sweating on cured products such as sucuk/pastırma, or softening of cheese, is normal and not a sign of spoilage — it returns to normal once chilled. Please refrigerate items immediately on delivery and be available to receive your order on the delivery day.

Perishable foods are exempt from the 14-day change-of-mind return; your statutory rights for genuine quality or safety issues remain unaffected.

Make teatime memorable with this almond-studded delight. Every piece is prepared with a lot of love and double-baked to perfect. Cake Rusk is the Indian version of Italian biscotti and is prepared much the same way.

First, the batter is hand-blended with love and then placed in oven for an initial round of baking. Then, the cake bar is baked again to give it its unique dry texture and delectable crunchiness. We finish it off with a sprinkling of fresh diced almonds.

Each family tray contains 21 pieces baked to crunchy Soonfi flavoured perfection.
