SPECIFIC CAD Active is a complete, high energy dry food specially formulated for dogs with increased activity and endurance requirements, as well as for recovery from disease or surgery, anorexia, cachexia and metabolic stress. The high energy and fat content combined with high digestibility allows a reduction in the daily amount of food — an advantage for dogs with an increased energy requirement. The concentrated, highly digestible diet ensures optimal uptake of nutrients with less faeces. Not recommended for dogs with limited activity, hyperlipidaemia or pancreatitis.

Feeding guide
Daily individual requirements may vary depending on breed, environment, season and activity level. Sled dogs may require up to three to four times as much energy as a normal dog. When transitioning to SPECIFIC CAD Active, it is recommended to change gradually over 5 to 7 days due to the high fat content.
