Chilled items & warm-weather notice

We ship chilled (perishable) foods with ice-gel packs, kept refrigerated. In warm weather, light oil sweating on cured products such as sucuk/pastırma, or softening of cheese, is normal and not a sign of spoilage — it returns to normal once chilled. Please refrigerate items immediately on delivery and be available to receive your order on the delivery day.

Perishable foods are exempt from the 14-day change-of-mind return; your statutory rights for genuine quality or safety issues remain unaffected.

Description

Brightly coloured branded pickled turnips have a delightful tart snap and are incredibly tasty. This eye-catching topping will give any salad, pita roll, or paella sandwiches a brilliant pink flare and a unique pickling taste. It's the ideal accompaniment to falafel, chicken salad, barbecue, or gyro sandwiches. You'll want to eat them on their own because of the addictive crunch and taste. In the Mideast, pickled turnips with typical vivid pink pickles are served with a variety of dishes, but especially with pastrami or as a side dish to a plate of flatbread. They're vinegary with a hint of spice and very wonderful, and you can eat them on their own or with meals.
