Chilled items & warm-weather notice

We ship chilled (perishable) foods with ice-gel packs, kept refrigerated. In warm weather, light oil sweating on cured products such as sucuk/pastırma, or softening of cheese, is normal and not a sign of spoilage — it returns to normal once chilled. Please refrigerate items immediately on delivery and be available to receive your order on the delivery day.

HealthyAge7TM Complex: This formula, featuring our HealthyAge7™ Complex, provides a precise nutritional blend designed to help maintain seven key dimensions of health and vitality in cats over the age of 11. Appetite and weight: Highly palatable and energy-rich to support a healthy appetite and help maintain an ideal weight. Digestion: Contains prebiotic fibres and highly digestible proteins to support healthy digestion. Mobility: Features EPA & DHA and chondroitin to support joint health and mobility.
