Chilled items & warm-weather notice

We ship chilled (perishable) foods with ice-gel packs, kept refrigerated. In warm weather, light oil sweating on cured products such as sucuk/pastırma, or softening of cheese, is normal and not a sign of spoilage — it returns to normal once chilled. Please refrigerate items immediately on delivery and be available to receive your order on the delivery day.

Manufacturer's View The high energy density enables a reduced amount of food to be given per meal, decreases the intestinal workload and compensates for the reduced stomach capacity in puppies, and bitches in the last 3rd of gestation. Combination of highly digestive proteins (L.I.P* proteins), prebiotics (Fructo-Oligo-Saccharides & Mannan-Oligo-Saccharides, beta-glucans, butyrate),sugar beet pulp, rice and fish oil to ensure maximum digestive security. *L.I.P (Low Indigestible Protein): protein selected for its very high assimilation. Association of Mannan-Oligo-Saccharides with a patented synergistic antioxidant complex including high contents of Vitamin E, Vitamin C, Taurine & Lutein, to support natural defences of growing dogs. At the start of the weaning period, dry kibble can be moistened with twice its volume in water at 60°C to form a porridge. Allow the mixture to rest and cool before feeding. The kibbles are specifically designed to facilitate this.
