Chilled items & warm-weather notice

We ship chilled (perishable) foods with ice-gel packs, kept refrigerated. Please refrigerate items immediately on delivery and be available to receive your order on the delivery day.

Feeding guide

Food change

We recommend an immediate change of dog food without a transitional phase. Due to the differences in digestibility, mixing PLATINUM Dry Food with another dry food is not advisable.
