Chilled items & warm-weather notice

We ship chilled (perishable) foods with ice-gel packs, kept refrigerated. In warm weather, light oil sweating on cured products such as sucuk/pastırma, or softening of cheese, is normal and not a sign of spoilage — it returns to normal once chilled. Please refrigerate items immediately on delivery and be available to receive your order on the delivery day.

Feeding guide

24h 3kg: 45 - 50 g 4kg: 55 - 65 g 5kg: 65 - 75 g 20 g dry food can be replaced with 1 85 g pouch of Whiskas® wet food. Feeding instructions: Account for the calories coming from treats (and wet food being offered). Feeding amounts are intended as guidelines only. Adjust the amount of food according to the age, size and activity level of your cat. Divide into portions for feeding throughout the day. Please introduce food gradually when switching diets.
