Chilled items & warm-weather notice

We ship chilled (perishable) foods with ice-gel packs, kept refrigerated. In warm weather, light oil sweating on cured products such as sucuk/pastırma, or softening of cheese, is normal and not a sign of spoilage — it returns to normal once chilled. Please refrigerate items immediately on delivery and be available to receive your order on the delivery day.

Perishable foods are exempt from the 14-day change-of-mind return; your statutory rights for genuine quality or safety issues remain unaffected.

As dogs reach their senior years joint mobility may worsen therefore movement like walking can be more painful and difficult.

Double Strength R~A Joint Formula contains a unique blend of pure refined fish oils naturally high in Omega 3 nutrients EPA (Eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (Docosahexaenoic acid). The benefits of a higher Omega-3:

- better for helping older dogs maintain their mobility
- better for larger dog breeds which may need more help in maintaining their mobility
- helps to maintain a healthy heart and circulation

Vitapet R~A Double Strength Formula does not contain any A and D vitamins which consequently means that in times of need you can increase the daily recommendation.
