Chilled items & warm-weather notice

We ship chilled (perishable) foods with ice-gel packs, kept refrigerated. In warm weather, light oil sweating on cured products such as sucuk/pastırma, or softening of cheese, is normal and not a sign of spoilage — it returns to normal once chilled. Please refrigerate items immediately on delivery and be available to receive your order on the delivery day.

Perishable foods are exempt from the 14-day change-of-mind return; your statutory rights for genuine quality or safety issues remain unaffected.

Feeding guide

Feeding guide: see table. Use Feline EN up to 12 weeks for absorptive intestinal disorders and until restoration is achieved for nutritional restoration and convalescence. This diet is suitable for long term use where appropriate. To optimise digestive function, divide the daily intake into several small meals. It is recommended that a veterinarian’s opinion be sought before use or before extending the period of use. Water should always be available. Wet formula also available.
When feeding dry and wet can, for each addition of 1/3 Feline EN wet can, reduce by 15g dry kibble.
