Chilled items & warm-weather notice

We ship chilled (perishable) foods with ice-gel packs, kept refrigerated. In warm weather, light oil sweating on cured products such as sucuk/pastırma, or softening of cheese, is normal and not a sign of spoilage — it returns to normal once chilled. Please refrigerate items immediately on delivery and be available to receive your order on the delivery day.

Perishable foods are exempt from the 14-day change-of-mind return; your statutory rights for genuine quality or safety issues remain unaffected.

Feeding guide

Feeding guide: see table. The recommended period of use is initially up to 6 months but this diet is suitable for long term feeding where appropriate. It is recommended that a veterinarian’s opinion be sought before use or before extending the period of use. Water should always be available. Wet formula also available
When feeding dry and wet can, for each addition of ¼ Feline DM wet can, reduce by 12g dry kibble.

Feline DM St/Ox Diabetes Management™ can also be used for weight loss. Weight loss feeding guidelines are based on the cat’s current weight, and should be adjusted every 2-4 weeks during the weight loss programme.
