Chilled items & warm-weather notice

We ship chilled (perishable) foods with ice-gel packs, kept refrigerated. In warm weather, light oil sweating on cured products such as sucuk/pastırma, or softening of cheese, is normal and not a sign of spoilage — it returns to normal once chilled. Please refrigerate items immediately on delivery and be available to receive your order on the delivery day.

A hypoallergenic complete dietetic dry dog food for adults and puppies (from 4 months) for the reduction of ingredient and nutrient intolerances in dogs of all ages. This diet should always be fed under veterinary supervision. Feeding guide

Feeding guide: Suitable for puppies from 4 months old. The recommended period of use is 3 to 8 weeks. If signs of intolerance disappear, this feed can be used initially up to one year. It is recommended that a veterinarian’s opinion be sought before use and before extending the period of use. Water should always be available. (1)Adult. (2)Puppy. For dogs over 70kg: for each additional 5kg of body weight, feed an additional 30g of pet food.
When feeding dry and wet Canine HA, for each addition of 200g wet, reduce by 50g dry kibble.
