Chilled items & warm-weather notice

We ship chilled (perishable) foods with ice-gel packs, kept refrigerated. In warm weather, light oil sweating on cured products such as sucuk/pastırma, or softening of cheese, is normal and not a sign of spoilage — it returns to normal once chilled. Please refrigerate items immediately on delivery and be available to receive your order on the delivery day.

Perishable foods are exempt from the 14-day change-of-mind return; your statutory rights for genuine quality or safety issues remain unaffected.

Composition

Composition: Rice, dried chicken protein, corn, barley, corn protein meal, medium chain triglycerides (MCT) oil (5%), dried beet pulp, dried salmon protein, cellulose, fish oil, minerals, pork fat, digest.

Analytical Constituents: Protein: 26.5%, Fat content: 15%, Crude ash: 7.5%, Crude fibre: 4.5%, Taurine: 0.2%, Methionine: 1.4%, Omega-3 fatty acids (EPA+DHA): 0.7%, Sodium: 0.18%, Magnesium: 0.15%, Potassium: 0.6%.

Feeding guide

It is recommended that advice from a veterinarian be sought before use and before extending the period of use.
The recommended period of use is initially up to 6 months although the product is suitable for long term feeding where appropriate. Fresh drinking water should be always available.
For dogs over 70kg: for each additional 5kg of body weight, feed an additional 30g of dry pet food.
