We ship chilled (perishable) foods with ice-gel packs, kept refrigerated. In warm weather, light oil sweating on cured products such as sucuk/pastırma, or softening of cheese, is normal and not a sign of spoilage — it returns to normal once chilled. The old and improved version of our first oat drink is great for everyday use because it can be used just like you would use milk from a cow while getting that plant-based creaminess vibe from oats. It has been fortified with vitamins (D2, riboflavin, B12), and minerals (calcium), has 1.5% fat, mostly from rapeseed, and the sugar is the oat's own. No dairy, no soy, no wordy packaging sides. Okay, scratch that last "no," but apart from that, we think this drink is just about perfect.
