Chilled items & warm-weather notice

We ship chilled (perishable) foods with ice-gel packs, kept refrigerated. Please refrigerate items immediately on delivery and be available to receive your order on the delivery day.

Feeding guide

Feeding amounts vary depending on your cat’s age, lifestyle and activity level. Use this chart as a starting point and adjust as necessary. Feed twice daily and always provide plenty of fresh, clean water.

1–2 kg: 30–40 g (intact) / 20–30 g (sterilised)

Storage

Once opened, store ACANA food in its original packaging with the top rolled securely after each use. For humid climates, place the entire bag inside an airtight container. Wash storage bins regularly to prevent buildup. Keep in a cool, dry place at room temperature.
