Chilled items & warm-weather notice

We ship chilled (perishable) foods with ice-gel packs, kept refrigerated. In warm weather, light oil sweating on cured products such as sucuk/pastırma, or softening of cheese, is normal and not a sign of spoilage — it returns to normal once chilled. Please refrigerate items immediately on delivery and be available to receive your order on the delivery day.

Perishable foods are exempt from the 14-day change-of-mind return; your statutory rights for genuine quality or safety issues remain unaffected.

If your dog could chews a treat, they'd chews this one. (Sorry, had to.) Made with freshly prepared lamb and a touch of apples, peas and mint, there's no meat meal in there, just the good stuff. Perfect for entertaining, rewarding, bribing mischievous pooches to behave or keeping your slippers intact. That's proper food, for you. You may notice some small changes to the packaging label in how the information is displayed. This is to ensure that our packs are appropriate for all of our customers overseas. Rest assured, they still contain the same recipes your dog knows and loves. Note that over the next few months, as we move over to the new packaging, you may receive a mixture of different packs. Feeding guide

This is a complementary pet food for adult dogs 6 months+.
Feeding Guidelines: Feed 1 chew a day. Perfect for entertaining your dog. Serve it at room temperature on a non-stainable surface. Make sure your dog always has a bowl of fresh water nearby when feeding. Always supervise your dog when eating, as chews can be a choking hazard. For smaller mouths, break chew in half. Reduce your dog's food intake to avoid weight gain.
