Chilled items & warm-weather notice

We ship chilled (perishable) foods with ice-gel packs, kept refrigerated. In warm weather, light oil sweating on cured products such as sucuk/pastırma, or softening of cheese, is normal and not a sign of spoilage — it returns to normal once chilled. Please refrigerate items immediately on delivery and be available to receive your order on the delivery day.

Perishable foods are exempt from the 14-day change-of-mind return; your statutory rights for genuine quality or safety issues remain unaffected.

You may notice some small changes to the packaging label in how the information is displayed, as well as changes to the packaging material. We're happy to confirm that they still contain the same recipes your dog knows and loves. What's more, our new packaging material is recyclable (yay!) - please check the pack for instructions. This is a nutritionally complete pet food for adult dogs from 8 years+.
It has everything your dog needs to stay healthy. Serve it with a bowl of fresh water nearby. Once opened, seal tightly or store in an airtight container to keep the food fresh. Store in a cool, dry place.
