Chilled items & warm-weather notice

We ship chilled (perishable) foods with ice-gel packs, kept refrigerated. In warm weather, light oil sweating on cured products such as sucuk/pastırma, or softening of cheese, is normal and not a sign of spoilage — it returns to normal once chilled. Hill’s Prescription Diet Gastrointestinal Biome is a high-fibre dry cat food clinically shown to promote regular healthy stool in as little as 24 hours and help reduce the risk of recurrence. Made with ActivBiome+ ingredient technology to rapidly nourish the gut microbiome and to help manage complex gastrointestinal issues.
