Description

Drontal Cat Film-Coated Tablets are a vet strength treatment for intestinal worms in cats and kittens. They are suitable for cats and kittens from 6 weeks of age, with specific guidance for use from 8 weeks of age and over 0.5kg bodyweight. These tablets are designed to kill intestinal worms commonly found in UK cats and are shaped to be easy to swallow. They can be given with or without food, making routine worming easier for both you and your cat.

Composition

Each tablet contains 345 mg pyrantel embonate and 30 mg praziquantel.

Feeding guide

For single oral administration.

For cats weighing 4–6kg: 1 tablet.

The tablets can be given directly or disguised in food if necessary.

For cats greater than 6kg, it may be more convenient to use Dronspot Spot On Wormer for Large Cats.

Research has shown that the majority of cats in the UK should be wormed monthly depending on their environment and lifestyle. Speak to your vet to determine the most appropriate worming frequency.
