Chilled items & warm-weather notice

We ship chilled (perishable) foods with ice-gel packs, kept refrigerated. In warm weather, light oil sweating on cured products such as sucuk/pastırma, or softening of cheese, is normal and not a sign of spoilage — it returns to normal once chilled. Please refrigerate items immediately on delivery and be available to receive your order on the delivery day.

Perishable foods are exempt from the 14-day change-of-mind return; your statutory rights for genuine quality or safety issues remain unaffected.

Description

DOUXO S3 CALM Dog and Cat Shampoo is clinically proven to soothe itchy, irritated and sensitive skin, thanks to the high concentration of Ophytrium. The shampoo hydrates, restructures, helps to detangle the fur and leaves the coat soft and shiny, and helps to repair and protect the skin barrier from allergens. DOUXO S3 Calm is recommended by vets, formulated and tested by veterinary dermatology experts. Contains Ophytrium which is an exclusive purified natural ingredient with threefold action on the skin barrier: - Protects the mechanical barrier. - Preserves the protective microbial flora for healthy skin. - Reduces irritation.
