Chilled items & warm-weather notice

We ship chilled (perishable) foods with ice-gel packs, kept refrigerated. Feeding guide

It is always important to introduce a new food gradually. This will reduce the chances of digestive upset by allowing your cat time to adjust to the new food. On the first day, mix 25 percent new food with 75 percent old food. Over the next 7-10 days, slowly increase the new food and decrease the old food until you are feeding 100 percent Carnilove. The recommended daily allowance is shown in the feeding table. Always provide a bowl of fresh water and serve the food at room temperature. Store in the fridge after opening.

Storage

Keep unopened cans, pouches, or trays in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Once opened, wet food must be covered (ideally with a pet food lid or in an airtight container), stored in the refrigerator, and consumed within 2 to 3 days. Wet food should always be served at room temperature.
