Chilled items & warm-weather notice

We ship chilled (perishable) foods with ice-gel packs, kept refrigerated. In warm weather, light oil sweating on cured products such as sucuk/pastırma, or softening of cheese, is normal and not a sign of spoilage — it returns to normal once chilled. Please refrigerate items immediately on delivery and be available to receive your order on the delivery day.

Perishable foods are exempt from the 14-day change-of-mind return; your statutory rights for genuine quality or safety issues remain unaffected.

Description

Ahmed Kofta is a specialised spice blend formulated specifically for minced meat preparations across Middle Eastern and South Asian cuisines. This 90g mix combines warm spices, fresh aromatics, and subtle herbaceous notes that bind seamlessly into ground lamb, beef, or chicken. The carefully selected ingredients enhance the natural flavours of minced meat whilst providing structural support to help kofta maintain its shape during cooking. Whether skewered, pan-fried, or baked, this blend ensures consistent seasoning throughout your mixture and delivers the authentic character expected in traditional kofta dishes. An essential choice for anyone committed to mastering this versatile, flavour-forward preparation method.
