Chilled items & warm-weather notice

We ship chilled (perishable) foods with ice-gel packs, kept refrigerated. In warm weather, light oil sweating on cured products such as sucuk/pastırma, or softening of cheese, is normal and not a sign of spoilage — it returns to normal once chilled. Please refrigerate items immediately on delivery and be available to receive your order on the delivery day.

Perishable foods are exempt from the 14-day change-of-mind return; your statutory rights for genuine quality or safety issues remain unaffected.

Description

Our English Tea No.1 is a fresh and elegant black tea with a subtle hint of bergamot. Blended to give a delicately balanced brew, it’s a tea for those who enjoy the finer things in life. Our Tea Masters balance Ceylon, Kenyan and Assam teas for this blend. They use plenty of high-grown Ceylon, sourced from the country’s central hills. This is where Sri Lanka's finest tea gardens are found. It gives the blend its brisk, lively quality, which we enhance with a touch of our signature citrusy bergamot flavouring.
