Chilled items & warm-weather notice

We ship chilled (perishable) foods with ice-gel packs, kept refrigerated. In warm weather, light oil sweating on cured products such as sucuk/pastırma, or softening of cheese, is normal and not a sign of spoilage — it returns to normal once chilled. Please refrigerate items immediately on delivery and be available to receive your order on the delivery day.

Perishable foods are exempt from the 14-day change-of-mind return; your statutory rights for genuine quality or safety issues remain unaffected.

Composition

Logic Oral Hygiene Gel:
Contains a patented complex of naturally occurring enzymes and antibacterial agents designed to support oral hygiene.

Feeding guide

Good oral hygiene helps reduce bad breath, tooth staining, swollen gums and toothache. If plaque and tartar are left untreated, they can lead to infections that may spread to vital organs.

Dental chews should be given regularly as part of your dog’s routine to help mechanically reduce plaque through chewing.

The oral hygiene gel can be applied directly to the teeth and gums, with or without a toothbrush. Regular use alongside dental chews helps reduce plaque and tartar build-up and supports long-term oral health.
