Chilled items & warm-weather notice

We ship chilled (perishable) foods with ice-gel packs, kept refrigerated. In warm weather, light oil sweating on cured products such as sucuk/pastırma, or softening of cheese, is normal and not a sign of spoilage — it returns to normal once chilled. Please refrigerate items immediately on delivery and be available to receive your order on the delivery day.

Perishable foods are exempt from the 14-day change-of-mind return; your statutory rights for genuine quality or safety issues remain unaffected.

And what better reward/bribe than these dog treats. Presenting freshly prepared chicken with salmon, gently baked for a chewy, flexible texture. These nibbles are packed full of valuable protein, with natural ingredients and no added grains. Let the training begin. You may notice some small changes to the packaging label in how the information is displayed, as well as changes to the packaging material. You'll be happy to know that these are the same recipes your dog knows and loves. What's more, our new packaging material is designed to be recyclable (yay!) - please check the pack for instructions. Feeding guide

This is a complementary pet food for puppies from 2 months+. Feed up to 8 treats a day. Serve at room temperature on a non-stainable surface. Make sure your puppy always has a bowl of fresh water available and is supervised when feeding. When feeding treats, reduce your puppy’s food intake to avoid weight gain. These treats will differ slightly in size, shape and colour from pack to pack.
