Chilled items & warm-weather notice

We ship chilled (perishable) foods with ice-gel packs, kept refrigerated. In warm weather, light oil sweating on cured products such as sucuk/pastırma, or softening of cheese, is normal and not a sign of spoilage — it returns to normal once chilled. Please refrigerate items immediately on delivery and be available to receive your order on the delivery day.

Perishable foods are exempt from the 14-day change-of-mind return; your statutory rights for genuine quality or safety issues remain unaffected.

Traditionally oven baked to be oh so crunchy and made with our finest organic ingredients, we've added honey as well as yoghurt. You will also find chamomile, known for its calming properties. These biscuits are great to help soothe your pooch ready for bedtime. Nighty night, little one. You may notice some small changes to the packaging label in how the information is displayed. This is to ensure that our packs are appropriate for all of our customers overseas. Rest assured, they still contain the same recipes your dog knows and loves. Feeding guide

One biscuit before bedtime. Make sure your dog always has a bowl of fresh water nearby and is supervised when feeding. Once opened, reseal tightly to keep them fresh and use within 28 days.
