We ship chilled (perishable) foods with ice-gel packs, kept refrigerated. In warm weather, light oil sweating on cured products such as sucuk/pastırma, or softening of cheese, is normal and not a sign of spoilage — it returns to normal once chilled. Please refrigerate items immediately on delivery and be available to receive your order on the delivery day.

AKA, the good stuff. Which means your feline friend can enjoy tasty grub that'll help nourish them inside and out. Sign us up. Since cats love to graze, we recommended either leaving it out for them to snack on throughout the day or feeding alongside our wet food for those fussier felines (we see you). New look, same recipes! We're currently making some small changes to our packaging labels and have used this opportunity to give our packaging design a swanky new look too. You'll be happy to know that they still contain the same recipes your cat knows and loves. What's more, our new packaging material is designed to be recyclable (yay!) - please check the pack for instructions. At Lily's Kitchen, we believe that the majority of a cat's diet should be made up of wet food as it more closely replicates their natural diet.
