Chilled items & warm-weather notice

We ship chilled (perishable) foods with ice-gel packs, kept refrigerated. In warm weather, light oil sweating on cured products such as sucuk/pastırma, or softening of cheese, is normal and not a sign of spoilage — it returns to normal once chilled. Please refrigerate items immediately on delivery and be available to receive your order on the delivery day.

Feeding instructions: If mixing James Wellbeloved™ dry and wet food, reduce the recommended amount of dry food by 25 g for each 100 g of wet food. Account for the calories coming from treats. Feeding amounts are intended as guidelines only. Adjust the amount of food according to the age, size and activity level of your dog. Divide into portions for feeding throughout the day. Introduce new food gradually when switching diets.
