Chilled items & warm-weather notice

We ship chilled (perishable) foods with ice-gel packs, kept refrigerated. In warm weather, light oil sweating on cured products such as sucuk/pastırma, or softening of cheese, is normal and not a sign of spoilage — it returns to normal once chilled. Please refrigerate items immediately on delivery and be available to receive your order on the delivery day.

Perishable foods are exempt from the 14-day change-of-mind return; your statutory rights for genuine quality or safety issues remain unaffected.

Description

Farali Chevda refers to fried potato chevda. These potatoes are thinly grated to form juliennes. These are then mixed with fried peanuts, curry leaves, etc. Jaimin Farali Chevda also contains a mouthwatering mix of spices. Just scoop up a fistfull of Jaimin Farali Chevda and enjoy any time you’re craving a mildly spicy snack. You can also mix this with puffed rice to create “jhaal muri.” If your plate of dal and rice seems boring, you can add this to the side to make it more exciting.
