Description

Popkek Mini Chocolate is a soft little sponge cake from the Turkish confectioner Eti. Each cake has a glossy cocoa coating and a chocolate sauce centre, and the 180 g bag contains ten cakes of 18 g, wrapped one by one so they stay fresh and are easy to share or pack. On the published label the sponge makes up about 72% of the recipe, with roughly 17% cocoa coating and 11% chocolate sauce.
