Description

Hoşbeş is Eti's long-running wafer range in Türkiye, and the strawberry version is its pink, fruity member. According to the label, 73% of the wafer is strawberry cream and 27% is the thin, lightly cocoa-tinted wafer sheet, so each bite gives a quick snap followed by soft, sweet cream.

It is made for tea time. Serve the whole bar with Turkish tea or coffee, cut it into fingers for a children's party plate, or crumble a few pieces over vanilla ice cream or a bowl of yoghurt for an easy dessert. The 142 g pack is large enough to share around the table.

The wafer contains gluten and milk and may contain traces of nuts, peanut, soy and sesame. Because wafer sheets soften when they pick up moisture, keep the pack in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and fold or clip it closed after opening.
