Description

Eti Burçak Kurabi is a chunky, textured cookie from Eti's Burçak range, which is known for wholegrain biscuits. The recipe on the label combines wheat flour with whole wheat flour (about 11%) and rolled oats (about 13.7%), then adds sesame, dried fig, peanut, hazelnut, sunflower seeds, orange pulp and a touch of cinnamon. The result is a lightly sweet cookie with a nutty, seedy bite rather than a plain buttery one.
