Description

Egetat Dilim Sucuk from Egetürk is a Turkish-style garlic sausage (sucuk) that arrives already cut into thin slices, so it goes from the pack to the pan with no slicing at all. The pack states 100% beef and carries a halal logo, with a note that the sucuk is made from halal beef slaughtered according to Islamic rules, in line with Turkish tradition. The label lists beef, beef fat, salt, spices, dextrose and a ripening culture among the ingredients.

Sucuk is the star of the Turkish breakfast table.
