Chilled items & warm-weather notice

We ship chilled (perishable) foods with ice-gel packs, kept refrigerated. In warm weather, light oil sweating on cured products such as sucuk/pastırma, or softening of cheese, is normal and not a sign of spoilage — it returns to normal once chilled. Please refrigerate items immediately on delivery and be available to receive your order on the delivery day.

Perishable foods are exempt from the 14-day change-of-mind return; your statutory rights for genuine quality or safety issues remain unaffected.

Key Features & Benefits

Made with 100% pomegranate concentrate for a pure, intense flavour
Tangy sweet-sour taste essential to Turkish cuisine
Thick, glossy texture that clings beautifully to dishes
Convenient 345 g bottle from the trusted Burcu brand
Versatile for salads, marinades, dressings and dips

How to Use

Drizzle Burcu Pomegranate Concentrate over the classic Turkish shepherd's salad (çoban salatası) for an authentic finish, or whisk it into dressings with olive oil and herbs. It works wonderfully as a marinade for grilled meats and kebabs, adds depth to lentil and bulgur dishes, and gives a tangy lift to stews and dips. A small drizzle also transforms roasted vegetables and salads. Store in a cool place and shake well before use, refrigerating after opening to preserve freshness.
