We ship chilled (perishable) foods with ice-gel packs, kept refrigerated. In warm weather, light oil sweating on cured products such as sucuk/pastırma, or softening of cheese, is normal and not a sign of spoilage — it returns to normal once chilled. Please refrigerate items immediately on delivery and be available to receive your order on the delivery day.

Feeding Guide
Titbit, taster or treat – you know your pet best. Our toppers can be served on their own or added to their favourite dry food for moisture and flavour. Serve up to 3 pouches daily (adjust serving size according to the weight, age and exercise levels of your dog). Suitable for puppies from 3 months old. Check your pet always has plenty of fresh water to drink. Refrigerate unused portion.
