Chilled items & warm-weather notice

We ship chilled (perishable) foods with ice-gel packs, kept refrigerated. In warm weather, light oil sweating on cured products such as sucuk/pastırma, or softening of cheese, is normal and not a sign of spoilage — it returns to normal once chilled. Please refrigerate items immediately on delivery and be available to receive your order on the delivery day.

Perishable foods are exempt from the 14-day change-of-mind return; your statutory rights for genuine quality or safety issues remain unaffected.

Description

The Ancol Ergo Knot Buster is a wonderful tool for removing knots from long, silky, and curly coats. The Knot Buster should be pulled slowly upwards through the coat and moved back and forth to gently detangle stubborn knots. The Knot Buster has soft blades to have a cutting action on knotted hair. The Knot Buster is cleverly rounded, ensuring your dog stays comfortable while being groomed. The Ergo Knot Buster is particularly useful on moulting dogs that are likely to get tangles and matted fur. The Ergo range from Ancol has a variety of tools to maintain your pet's coat, skin, and claws.
